PERSONALITY: She's a survivor, first and foremost. She refuses to be broken, even by Lucius, and will fight back when pushed into a corner. To others, she's very shy, and beneath the smile she gives the world, she's a very sad girl with a horrible past. If you take the time to get past her shy exterior, you'll find a friendly if reserved girl, and if you bother to tear down that wall, you'll find an emotional wreck screaming for help. However, she doesn't let anybody see that side of her, hiding the cuts beneath hoodies and arm warmers, hiding the pain. She gladly helps anybody in need, although she's likely to just walk away afterwards, having never spoken a word because she doesn't like talking.

HISTORY: Her past is murky at best in her early years - it is known she was born in New York City, in a slum hospital, with a fraternal twin brother. Their mother was a street corner whore, and she didn't know who their father was. The mother slipped away without ever giving her name, abandoning the twins in the hospital. Her brother was adopted by a wealthy couple in California a few days after their birth - she however, was shifted from foster home to foster home until she was about six. At that time, a man adopted her - but his records hadn't been checked thoroughly enough. He was an alcoholic and a druggie, and it's not quite clear why he wanted to adopt a child, but for two years she lived in this enviroment, giving her the tough shell and will to survive she has now. He was a kind man, even when under the influence - perhaps he had adopted her because he wanted the company - but often forgot to actually take care of the young child, such as feeding and bathing her.
When she was eight, his dealer came to call on his massive debt. When he couldn't pay, the dealer demanded Pagan as payment - he had to give her up, or risk being killed himself. He did so, and the dealer whisked her away, never to see her adoptive father again. She was sold by the dealer to a man who'd been looked for a sex slave and liked them young - she was brought to a place called 'the Mansion', and that was where she survived until she was about 12 - it turned out to be a training ground for young slaves (mostly shifters), where the best were given to Lucius himself. Her defiance caught his eye when he visited one day, and he took her as one of his toys despite the fact she was still nearly completely unbroken.
When she was 13, she was discovered to be pregnant with twins. Oddly enough, there were two fathers - Lucius himself, and Tefached, as she had often been 'shared' between the two. The two girls were born and promptly taken away from her, and she hasn't seen them since. She continues fighting Lucius - only recently, she's been allowed to live on the surface again, but she wears a collar that prevents her from removing it that tracks her movements, so she can't escape.
