PERSONALITY: Short tempered, loyal, and a hyperactive psycho. That's how this "emo butterfly" has been described basically her whole life. She's bouncy, headstrong, and doesn't take shit from anyone, even if you're a friend. If you're doing something she thinks is wrong, she's quick to tell you and quick to argue and fight for what she believes in. Harmony is nice, but get on her bad side, and you're dead. Hurt one of her friends, and it's overkill. She will not tolerate anyone hurting her friends, because they are the only family she has, and they are the only ones keeping her bipolar self sane. Her greatest fear is ending up like her father, who was once an angel but then fell from grace because of Lust. She tries her hardest to be good, and to never Sin, but sometimes it's hard. Really hard.

HISTORY: Her mother was a shifter who worked as a stripper in Paris, France. Her father was an angel who gave in to Lust and had a one night stand with the shifter. He fell from grace before Harmony was born, although he wasn't able to live through the transformation to demon. Lucius thought it was hilarious and decided to torture the poor man until his body just gave out. Harmony knows this because he's left her letters saying so, though those were sent as she got older. In France, when she was little, she met another girl a bit younger than herself. Courtney Marie Davis. She quickly latched onto the girl, hanging out at her house, and even at the young age of five she knew that she was more attracted to this girl than she should be. However, it never had a chance to grow into anything other than a simple childhood friendship, because Courtney soon moved to Canada and for years, the girls never saw each other again. By seven, Harmony had grown her wings, and learned to shift. It never freaked her out, because well, her mother was a shifter.
By thirteen, she was introduced to vampires and demons. Lucius himself even came to visit her once. The 'dark side' was constantly tempting her, trying to get her on their side, and she tried to ignore them but it was simply too hard. Instead, she convinced her mom to let her go off to boarding school in New York - not too hard, since her mother hated her, and blamed her for Alex's death. So, off she went to Bank's Academy, where she was 'reunited' with Courtney. Neither girl recognized each other until later. And she never let Courtney know about her wings or her powers because for once, Harmony just wanted to be normal. No demons or anything every bothered her there, although she was one thing that followed her from France. Her attraction to Courtney. She never let her friend know, even after they graduated. When Courtney moved, Harmony stayed behind with her friend's boyfriend, Duncan, because even though the two argued all the time they were still good friends.
Only after she'd gotten the news that Duncan had been attacked by a vampire, Bry, did Harmony dare move out to California. Both Harmony and Duncan went into hiding for a year, trying to figure out what to do, and they decided the best thing to do was to try and protect Courtney, because they both loved her, and never wanted to see her hurt.
